You’ll train in the uncertainty and discomfort and get good at discipline & self-compassion.

Leo will be committed to helping you shift your habitual patterns that arise as you do your purposeful work.

LIVE CALLS 2x a month

You’ll dive deep with Leo on live 60-minute audio calls. These calls will be the heart of the coaching.

PRACTICES & TRAINING

The real work will happen between calls, when you’ll be given training and practices to do every two weeks.
