In our training, we set a monthly goal — but it’s important to note that the goal itself isn’t the training, but just the training ground.
For example, if you want to write a book, your monthly goal might be to write four chapters (a chapter a week). You set this goal, you try to write each day … and then your uncertainty and fears come up, triggering old patterns of distraction and procrastination and rationalization. The training is with the patterns that come up with the writing.
