The tendency to give answers, as well as to seek them, is born out of fear and uncertainty.
Leadership is developing our ability to do things inspite of not knowing how to do it.
If you are doing something for the first time, you don’t have to do it right, because, often, there is no right way to do it.
We can start to develop our leadership by stepping into uncertainty. What do I want to create and what is the uncertain path I need to walk in order to get there?
If you can practice this on your own, you can start to develop the leaderhip of others by seeing what they are doing and where they are seeking answers.
It will require an awareness for ourselves of how it feels to want the answers but also awareness of wanting to give the answers.
